Removal

STEP 1

  • Remove the cover by placing finger of one hand under device
  • Grasp tab on cover with other hand

STEP 2

  • Lift tab up and over toward opposite edge of device to detach cover from anchor base

STEP 3

  • Remove the catheter. Do not use excessive force

STEP 4

  • Fold edges of anchor base downward
  • Place third finger under back edge of device to help begin folding motion

STEP 5

  • Lift folded anchor base out of the insertion site
